Courier service/ delivery problem - any advice?

i bought an item in ebay.ph, last week. i send the money, the seller told me she already sent the item thru a courier service, the same day she received the money. but it's been over a week, and it hasn't arrived yet. i've check with the local office, they said it's on it's way. when the seller checked on the original office, they couldn't trace where the package is. so, the question is, what actions could i take? please help. tnx.Courier service/ delivery problem - any advice?
well i guess it all depends on where they sent the package to but even if it went across the US i dont see it taking longer than a week...most courier service companies offer tracking so I would look into that... i understand the frustration so next time my suggestion would be using a local courier service company you trust.. i only use one company and they are awesome.. also i suggest a local smaller company only because you get the personal service and care you dont get from the larger companies.. good luck and I hope you get your package

Hi,I dont know which country are you in?Any how, most of the courier company offers Tracking Service, get the Airway bill number or docket number from the shipper and try to track it, if the courier is not a big guy like DHL or Bluedart then you will have to wait.But dont forget to write your commment on the Proof of delivery copy.
