Can anyone advice me as to which internet service provider should I go for in Amboli, Andheri (W), Mumbai?

I have so far contacted Hathway and MTNL for the same. The problem with MTNL is that they insist that I buy their telephone connection before I get the internet connection.Can anyone advice me as to which internet service provider should I go for in Amboli, Andheri (W), Mumbai?
Does MTNL 'force' or 'insist'? If there is no compulsion, then refuse to get phone connection point-blank. They will most probably give in. I will also suggest that you check whether any local cable operator provides broadband connections or not. They are usually much cheaper than MTNL or BSNL. For eg., I am from Bhubaneswar and my ISP is Ortel, a city-based cable provider. The monthly bill is only Rs.250 for 750MB download limit and Rs.500 for 3GB download limit!! And no extra telephone bills!! In Mumbai, there could be even better options.
